DiGi just sent out an email to all folks who have registered their interest of the Xiaomi Mi 3. It is the first Malaysian carrier to offer the phone bundled with its plans on contract, with Maxis following just three days later. Celcom will also be carrying this device, but no word on when it’ll start.
The email states that the pre-order starts at 12am on May 27th, 2014, but what exactly the pre-order means, remains to be seen. Will it start selling the device on May 27th itself, or will it sell on May 30th like Maxis? Xiaomi itself will be selling its next batch of Mi 3’s tomorrow at 12pm.
As with any good tease, DiGi has yet to reveal the plans it will be offering together with the Mi 3, but we can expect plans like DG SmartPlan 78, 108, and 148 available. If you’re still on the fence on whether to get the Mi 3 or not, DiGi’s got just the video for you.
